What happens now?

If you've never had a professional photoshoot with Photography by Lori, here’s a fun guide to what you can expect:

Step 1: Get in Touch

First things first, reach out to me! You can contact me through my website or on Facebook.

Step 2: Pick a Date

We’ll chat about my availability and find a date that works best for you. A retainer is required to secure your session, and this will be applied to your final payment. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, that’s okay! Just keep in mind that there’s a limit on how many times we can do this, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows could mean losing your retainer if I can’t rebook the slot.

Step 3: Session Prep

Now the fun begins! We’ll discuss locations, outfits, and what you’re looking to achieve with your session. I want to make sure everything is just right.

Step 4: Photoshoot Day

We’ll meet at your chosen location, and I’ll work my magic to get those awesome shots you’re dreaming of. Don’t worry—this part is all about having fun and capturing your best moments!

Step 5: Sneak Peeks & Final Gallery

Once we wrap up, I’ll head home and start editing. I’ll send you some sneak peeks as soon as possible, so you can get excited about what’s to come! When everything is finalized, I’ll send you a link to your online gallery where you can download all your digital images. You’ll have full printing rights to all your photos, so feel free to use whichever printing service you prefer.

Customize Your Package

Need extra hours? Want 12 hours of coverage? No problem! If the standard packages don’t fit your needs, contact me for a custom quote that’s perfect for your special day.

Booking Your Big Day

To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and a nonrefundable retainer are required. We’ll meet in person twice: once to sign the contract and another time before the wedding to go over final details.

Turnaround Times

Digital files are typically ready in 10-12 weeks. Wedding albums take about 4-8 weeks after you’ve selected your images.

Remember:

You can buy the perfect dress, book the perfect venue, enjoy amazing food, and savor the most delicious cake—but when the day is done, the most important thing is having a skilled photographer to capture every moment. Don’t be the person who regrets not investing in a true professional!
